Jack's Birthday!

Jack turns 4 today. We had a huge party this last Sunday. Here are a few pics of the excitement.

Alex and Jaxon

Jaxon and Zach

Jaxon midair

Some "adults" even played

His friends brought him tons of toys!

His favorite guy showed up as well.

Jaxon and Batman (aka Eric)

Batman outfit my mother made Jack. He loves it!

Blowing out the candles

The look on his face when Batman came into the room was priceless. It brought tears to my eyes. He was so happy and lost in the moment. I had to go upstairs so no one could see them. Now I know what parents are referring to when you see your kids so happy and it makes it all worth it!

Until I blog again, ROCK ON!

More Summer Fun & Things Jaxon Says That Crack Me Up!

We have been boating and camping a bit this summer. I have been horrible about blogging about it. These pictures are from this last weekend at Echo up by Coalville. The weather wasn't that nice but we still had fun.
Lynsey and I on the boat

Jack loves pushing Melissa into the water off the boat.

Playing Tarzan on the tube rope hanging off the wake tower

Jack had a few new sayings this weekend.

I was on the tube with him and the wind was blowing so hard. The water was really choppy due to this. Melissa was driving and we were hitting some pretty big waves. I told Melissa to pay attention to us. So later in the day, Jack was on the tube with Melissa and I was driving. The water was really choppy. They hit a wave and got about 5 feet of air. As we pull them into the boat Jack says "Becky, you need to pay attention! You scared the crap out of me!"

I have no idea where he got the "you scared the crap out of me" but between that and saying I need to pay attention, it cracks me up. He uses both phrases as often as he can now. He is a cute kid and Melissa and I are trying harder than anything to get him worked out and going down the right path. It is very trying sometimes but I know he is worth it and it will all work out. He deserves the best! Hopefully Melissa will have custody of him before he turns 18! HA HA!

Until I blog again, ROCK ON!
